The Telegram bot may process additional data as described below.

3. Information We Process Through the Website

When you manually search on the website, you may enter information such as a dossier number and year. At the current stage, this lookup input is used to perform the requested search against Dosar.app’s database and is not intentionally stored by Dosar.app as part of a server-side personal lookup history tied to a website account.

For convenience, the website may store the dossier number and year locally in your browser on your device so the form can be prefilled on a later visit or page reload.

If you choose to continue from the website to the Telegram bot, the dossier number and year may be included in a Telegram deep link so the bot can open with the relevant lookup context.

When you access the website, we may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language settings, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps, request and response metadata, and security or diagnostic logs.
